Aquarius Strategies has been retained to recruit The Director of Clinical Operations and Strategy. This individual serves as a key clinical and operational leader, for a trusted, established company, reporting directly to the Vice President of the Division. The role is responsible for shaping, advancing, and scaling this organization’s IME, Review Services, Case Management, and managed care service lines. A critical function of this position is to provide clinical guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services across reputed company business lines, but with a focus on Case Management Services. The Director drives client satisfaction, retention, and reputed company growth, by developing innovative clinical programs, optimizing operational performance, and expanding service capabilities across diverse markets, specialties, and business lines. The ideal candidate brings a strong reputed company of clinical expertise, strategic vision, and operational leadership to reputed company impactful outcomes and advance organizational goals.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate new clinical programs that improve outcomes and maximize value for clients across diverse markets and specialties.
  • Provide clinical guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services and compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify areas of client or employee dissatisfaction and implement targeted solutions to reputed company the customer and workforce experience.
  • Partner closely with operations, business development, and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support reputed company objectives.
  • Identify and support collaborative selling opportunities to expand service utilization and client engagement.

  • Experience with operational platform development, workflow optimization, and workforce efficiency initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Skilled in negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
  • Deep knowledge of IME, Review Services, Case Management, workers’ compensation, liability, and disability claims management.
  • Strong understanding of client service principles, including marketing and sales collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and consistently exceed performance expectations.

Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; active Registered Nurse with Compact License.
  • Minimum of 14 years of leadership experience in IME, Review Services, Case Management, clinical operations, claims, or managed care.
  • Demonstrated success in developing new service lines and expanding program volume and geographic reputed company.
  • Proven ability to reputed company nursing programs, execute business strategy, and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong background in service innovation, talent development, accountability, and building high-performance cultures.
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership and sales teams during program development and launch.
  • Experience supporting business capture efforts, including proposal development and bid processes.
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred.
