Job Description:reputed company. is seeking skilled Volunteer Recruiters as part of our Skilled Volunteering Initiative to help build a high-impact nonprofit workforce. We are looking for 3-4 driven individuals to support our recruitment efforts by identifying and onboarding talented volunteers across HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and Research & Evaluation.
As a Volunteer Recruiter, you will:

✔ Screen, interview, and reputed company new volunteers, facilitating a smooth integration.
✔ Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement.

Qualifications:Required
