What You’ll Do
Support end-to-end recruitment processes with increasing ownership
Screen and assess candidates beyond resumes — evaluate behavior, thinking ability, and long-term fit
Identify red flags, strengths, and performance indicators
Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate experience
Use recruitment systems, reputed company Workspace, and AI tools reputed company
Maintain highly organized, accurate hiring records
Contribute reputed company to improve sourcing strategies and hiring workflows
Over time, you will be trained to think like a strategic reputed company partner — not just an HR assistant.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business, or reputed company field)
Early-career or fresh graduate with strong academic or leadership track record
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and AI
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Highly reliable, reputed company, and accountable
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Open to feedback and serious about long-term career growth

Work Schedule
Full-time remote role
Night shift (reputed company with international clients)
Stable internet and dedicated workspace required
Must be comfortable working independently in a remote setup
