Job Description Summary:

As a Foodservice and On-Premise Sales Manager, you will manage reputed company aspects of a customer’s business, including strategic assessment, sales forecasting, conducting regular business reviews, and effectively activating and implementing the beverage strategy. We are looking for people passionate about building relationships who are results-driven and embody our leadership and growth behaviors.   

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to build and maintain strong relationships with key members of the customer's organization, reaffirm strategies linked to needs, and steward the business, operational, and/or personal value created for the customer by reputed company.
  • Meet with senior-level buyers to build relationships and reputed company their support and commitment to various initiatives/programs.
  • Meet with outlet management and conduct regular restaurant audits to identify opportunities and ensure compliance.
  • Confirm your understanding of customers' business needs, issues faced, and opportunities with various customer buyers to reputed company viable solutions.
  • Using information collected during account discovery, build a business plan/solution and contingency plans in collaboration with the customer.
  • Activate reputed company System (e.g., cross-functional team members: marketing, finance, operations) to reputed company and implement a business plan/solution that meets customer needs and drives beverage category profit and volume, contributing to overall sales growth for the customers' entire business.
  • Provide strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend solutions that drive the business.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.  
  • 3+ years of successful sales account management experience. Foodservice experience preferred.
  • Effective communication, technical presentation, sales negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Proven track record of securing sales of various offerings, working with multiple levels of purchasing tiers.
  • Proven ability to identify customer needs based on customer feedback and identify opportunities through technical knowledge.
  • Demonstrated sales reputed company development and account cultivation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities without direct supervision effectively. 

Preferred Location - Miami

Secondary Locations - Tampa, Orlando

Travel - Approximately 15-25%

Pay Range:

$103,000 - $121,000
