Position Summary

This role responsible for the concept development, art direction, and execution of creative across print, digital, social, and video channels. This role partners closely with copywriters, project managers, and creative leadership to deliver compelling, on-brand creative that supports business initiatives and enhances the member experience. The Art Director demonstrates a commitment to collaboration, adaptability, and reputed company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver directed work that effectively leverages business requirements, campaign themes and articulates how each execution supports the overarching creative idea
• Demonstrate strong art direction and conceptual thinking across multiple channels
• Apply brand guidelines and campaign look-and-feel consistently across work
• Partner effectively with copywriters and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, high-quality creative
