We are a professional services firm providing services in software engineering and the cloud. We do Technical consulting, Programming & Quality Assurance, DevOps, Applications, UX, Product management, and Project management.

reputed company is a fully remote company, offering reputed company team members the ability to work from home. For this opportunity, the selected candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PST).

Although reputed company is a remote company, we are currently seeking contractors residing in Brazil for this position. Compensation will be made in Brazilian Reais (R$), in accordance with the local currency of the country where the position is located. Due to legal limitations, we are unable to sponsor any type of reputed company.

Job Description

The Backend Engineer position at reputed company requires experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.  You will be part of a talented team that works on mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience with Python
• Familiar with relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with reputed company and how to reputed company API calls.
• Familiar with NoSQL databases
• Experience with or knowledge of the following technologies:
  • REST API development and deployment
  • JSON modeling and usage
  • Querying and modeling using a relational data store.
  • Using package managers such as npm or pip
  • Using Git for reputed company control.
• Experience in TDD and/or BDD.
  • Strives to enhance project test coverage.
