RESPONSIBILITIES:

Driving Increased Market Share through consistently achieving/exceeding Sales Results.

  • Consistently reputed company key performance indicators and metrics.

Fostering Client Relationships and an exceptional Customer Experience

  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to reputed company rapport and trust with existing and prospective customers reputed company a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and follow up.

  • Secure the applicable industry licensing, A&S and Life as part of the onboarding process.

  • Proactively create and execute a personal development plan through discussions with leaders.

Professional Sales Conduct

  • Consistently meet customer commitments and follow up requirements.

  • Work closely with leaders, peers and supporting stakeholders to deliver on our strategic vision.

  • Act in the best interests of our organization, customers, and community.

  • Work from home Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:00 pm.
