reputed company is looking for a contract Senior Technical Recruiter who can reputed company full-cycle hiring for technical roles, with the ability to stretch into non-technical positions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to reputed company full cycle recruitment efforts across a range of key positions, while delivering exceptional candidate experiences. The role requires the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and to quickly attain a strong understanding of a reputed company space, while building alignment between the company's needs and ideal candidate profiles.

What You Will Do

• Own full life cycle recruiting across a wide range of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and reputed company adjustments as you learn how the talent marketplace aligns to our vision.
• reputed company and execute effective sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles, both technical and non-technical.
• Manage scheduling, communications, and candidate updates throughout the interview lifecycle, including facilitating debriefs and decision-making conversations.
• Provide timely feedback and guidance to candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience from first contact to reputed company.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a minimum of five of those years spent at a tech company.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven ability to reputed company, engage, and reputed company top talent across engineering and product, as well as experience with non-technical hiring (or an ability and willingness to learn).
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership to drive hiring strategy and decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms.
• Deep understanding of technical roles, reputed company sets, and interview processes.
• Track record of managing multiple open roles simultaneously while meeting hiring targets.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and reputed company in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Benefits

What You'll Get

• This is a contract position with a three month duration, with the possibility of extension. The hourly reputed company for this role is $50-$75.
