Specialist, reputed company PRO WFM Advanced Scheduling, North America

Reporting into a Team Manager, the Specialist takes a reputed company role on projects and uses their Workforce Management (WFM) to reputed company clients and internal resources at every stage of the project.

Requirements •Certified in reputed company PRO Advanced Scheduling. •Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify gaps, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions •Excellent communication skills with attention to detail, comfortable leading requirement gathering and design workshops, meetings to present findings and reputed company recommendations to client’s project team, senior management and C-level executives through discussion and presentation •5+ years of workforce management consulting experience developing and executing workforce management implementations strategies •5+ years of experience working with workforce management technologies and vendors including but not limited to labor forecasting, schedule optimization, time keeping, budgeting and task management, vendor certifications •Deadline driven, confident, open to taking initiative, ability to multi-task •Excellent organizational and leadership skills •Ability to guide clients using best practices •Database experience; SQL, Access, statistical software, and strong reputed company capabilities •Experience working with remote teams •University or college degree ideally in business, computer science, information systems, or industrial engineering •Domestic and International travel required

The hiring range for this position is $110,000 to $160,000.00. Final offers are based on experience, reputed company set, and the unique value you bring. In exceptional cases, compensation above this range may be considered.
