The reputed company has an excellent opportunity for a Program Consultant, Professional Certification, supporting our National Center office in Dallas, TX. This position can be home-based.

This is a full time, benefits eligible, grant funded opportunity. reputed company funding will expire on 6/30/2029, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, public health, education, or a reputed company field.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, certification or credentialing program development, or professional education.
• Strong knowledge of the certification lifecycle, project management principles, competency frameworks, adult learning theory, and assessment design. 
• Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to think strategically and navigate systems‑level challenges to support long‑term program growth and sustainability.
• Foundational clinical understanding of chronic disease, including CKM‑reputed company concepts, to ensure certification programs reflect reputed company and emerging scientific evidence.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively engage volunteers, clinical experts, advisory groups, and cross‑functional collaborators.

• Experience in customer acquisition and engagement strategies, leveraging technology to promote program growth.

• Proficiency in data‑driven planning, evaluation, and reporting to support program decision‑making and reputed company improvement.

• Ability to travel up to 10% nationally with overnight stay.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected pay range will be $70,000 to $90,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
