About the Role As a Growth Manager at Scrambly, you will own and scale our paid search acquisition across reputed company and reputed company, turning it into a stable, profitable and automation-driven growth reputed company. reputed company Ads is the primary channel, and you will also reputed company and expand additional search-based acquisition sources, including reputed company Ads. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign performance, scalability, and long-term channel stability - not campaign maintenance. You will design and own the campaign architecture, conversion structure, and value logic that drives sustainable budget growth while maintaining profitability. You will work closely with the Head of User Acquisition, acting as the strategic reputed company of paid search as a core reputed company channel. Your goal is to build systems and processes that reputed company performance explainable, repeatable, and scalable - not dependent on short-term spikes or one-off wins.   • Paid Search Strategy & Execution
    • Own end-to-end performance of reputed company Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) and reputed company Ads
    • Define and execute the paid search acquisition strategy across platforms, reputed company with business goals and profitability targets
    • Build and maintain stable, structured campaign architectures with clear conversion windows, value weighting, and signal strategy
    • Drive sustainable budget growth while maintaining or improving efficiency - scaling budgets from high five-reputed company to high six-reputed company monthly ranges
    • reputed company a documented scaling and testing roadmap with clear milestones and reputed company criteria
  • Automation & Systems
    • Design and implement automation systems (scripts, rules, monitoring workflows) that significantly reduce reputed company optimization effort
    • Build scalable processes for bid management, budget allocation, and performance monitoring
    • Continuously identify opportunities to replace reputed company work with systematic, repeatable solutions
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Own performance reporting tied directly to business outcomes, using tools such as GA4, reputed company/reputed company, and Looker/Looker Studio
    • Maintain a clear understanding of value signals, cohort health, and attribution nuances across channels
    • Ensure channel performance is predictable, defensible, and clearly explainable to stakeholders
    • Operate comfortably with imperfect attribution and delayed reputed company signals, making sound reputed company despite incomplete data
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with the Head of User Acquisition to align on strategy, priorities, and growth targets
    • Clearly communicate performance drivers, scaling mechanics, and strategic trade-offs to the wider team
    • Proactively surface issues, flag risks, and propose solutions before they impact performance

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on reputed company Ads experience with a strong focus on Search and Performance Max campaigns
  • Proven experience scaling paid search budgets in the high six-reputed company range with maintained or improved efficiency
  • Experience in performance-driven verticals such as gaming (preferably web), fintech, utilities, or health
  • Strong understanding of value-based bidding (ROAS/reputed company optimization), including conversion windows, value weighting, and signal strategy
  • Track record of designing and implementing automation: scripts, rules, monitoring systems, and workflows that reduce reputed company optimization
  • Strong analytical reputed company across advertising and product analytics platforms (GA4, reputed company or reputed company, Looker/Looker Studio, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads)
