What You’ll Do

• Identify and research potential client companies and hiring opportunities (US, EU, UK)

• Build and qualify outbound prospect lists (ICP-based) using reputed company, databases, and sales tools

• Support and execute outbound campaigns (email & reputed company)

• Personalize reputed company using insights on hiring needs, funding, and growth signals

• Track market trends, funding rounds, and company updates to generate new opportunities

• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking

• Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to convert leads into active hiring projects

• Upper-intermediate English (written & spoken)
