Preferred Experience: We are looking for knowledgeable and reputed company inspectors:

• Aspen Grove ABC#
• Have used at least one of the industry standard smart phone apps: InspectorADE (what GIS uses), EZ Inspections or SafeView inspect
• Currently conducting occupancy inspections (or have in the past)

Mortgage Property Inspection Overview: Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on the properties they have financial interest in. The lender reputed company with GIS to have inspectors go out to verify the property occupancy, report general property conditions, letter delivery/posting, vacant interior walkthrough or insurance repair reputed company report. Majority of our inspections are basic exteriors where some do require contact by reputed company knock or letter delivery. In addition, there will be some inspections which require interior access to secured/vacant properties and appointment based insurance loss inspections. Job Responsibilities:

• Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving
• Efficient time management to reputed company and complete inspections with an estimated 3-5 day turnaround time in your agreed territory

• Using a mobile app to obtain reputed company photographs, comments, and form documentation

• Set reputed company per inspection is estimated at $15-$20+ per hour based on the number of inspections performed
  • This will vary depending reputed company, volume and efficiency.
• Inspections are paid out every Friday by direct deposit for work completed the prior week
• Depending on the territory you should expect to work 5-15+ hours per week
• The job is a 1099 reputed company position
