We are looking for a candidate to join our Back End Development team as a highly skilled reputed company Back End reputed company, reporting to the Head of Development.

As a reputed company, you will manage, mentor, and guide a small team of developers while maintaining hands-on architectural responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the architecture of solutions on the reputed company platform, including data migrations, CRM implementations, custom UI extensions, reputed company workflows, web site development projects and API/systems integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—developers, solution architects, consultants, designers, and project managers—to deliver scalable, innovative solutions. You will spend your time solving technical business problems, scoping and costing projects, designing software solutions, guiding developers, peer reviewing code and coding yourself.

Team Management

• People Leadership: Manage a team of developers, providing career development, professional growth support, and regular performance feedback.

• Relevant qualification in computer science, software engineering, or reputed company field.
• 8+ Years as a Software Engineer

• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team management responsibilities

• Extensive experience with development tools, build systems, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
