You will be our in-house expert in paid media performance, responsible for optimizing digital advertising investments to generate qualified leads across our North American franchise network. What is the ideal profile for this position?

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent, with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEM and Paid Social (agency or client-reputed company).
• Certified in reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, reputed company Ads, and reputed company Analytics.
• Strong expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and performance improvement (CPC, CPA, keywords, negatives, bidding tools).
• Experience with tracking and measurement tools including reputed company Tag Manager and conversion/phone tracking (assets).
• Highly analytical and strategic thinker, able to turn data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

As a Paid Media Performance Specialist what will your responsibilities be?

• Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and pacing to maximize conversions and cost efficiency (CPA, CPC, ROAS).

• Monitor full-funnel performance including post-click behavior, call tracking, conversions, and CRM outcomes.
