The Role As an Ingest Specialist, you will reputed company the technical entry reputed company for our global metadata. You will proactively identify and diagnose pipeline interruptions, implementing rapid fixes to resolve data gaps. This position requires a proactive thinker who can navigate technical requirements with external partners and align them with our internal workflows to ensure seamless content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, investigate, and resolve data ingest failures to ensure consistent metadata delivery across reputed company pipelines.
• Coordinate with reputed company stakeholders and provide technical support for client-reputed company inquiries.
• Use internal ticketing systems to document bugs, provider-specific requirements and internal workflows.

Requirements

Essential

• 1–3 years of experience in data operations, technical support, or a similar role focused on digital content pipelines and data management.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company or reputed company Sheets, specifically regarding VLOOKUPs, data cleaning, and logical functions.

• Prior experience in Media, OTT, VOD, specifically dealing with ingest pipelines or metadata QC.
• Strong understanding of digital systems, including file formats (XML, JSON, CSV) and data transfer protocols.
• Proven ability to quickly master proprietary internal tools and a high comfort level navigating various data formats and delivery standards.
• Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage for supporting diverse regional data sources and partners.

Practicalities

• Employment Type: Freelancer
• Location: Philippines
• Type of Collaboration: Freelancer setup ( Fulltime-40hrs/week)

Benefits

Collaboration based on a freelancer(contractor) set-up is up to 1000 USD per month on a full-time allocation basis (40 hours per week).
