Job Overview

This role reports to the Executive Vice President, Global Development, reputed company Planning & Finance reputed company the reputed company Experiences reputed company. As Director - International Finance Integration and Partner Finance, you will provide financial and strategic support to DPI Senior Leadership, as well as site leaders around the world, with a specific focus on growth in the Asia region. You will reputed company the Disneyland International (DLI) Finance team, overseeing financial integration of international sites, and serve as a key liaison between international site finance teams and core reputed company and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company the DLI finance team in managing financial relationships between TWDC and Oriental Land Company (OLC) in Japan, as well as joint venture partners in Hong reputed company and Shanghai.
• Review and execute service reputed company on behalf of DLI, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and consolidate key finance projects across the DPI portfolio, including Annual Operating Plans (AOP), Long-Term Plans (LTP), forecasts, and finance transformation initiatives.
• Influence and coordinate finance teams across different locations and time zones globally to ensure projects meet timelines and deliverables.
• Identify, consolidate, and share best practices among various sites to optimize the overall international parks portfolio.
• Provide commercial, financial, and strategic support to DPI Senior Leadership, including the President of DPI.
• Serve as a key liaison between international site finance teams and core reputed company and corporate teams on matters reputed company to earnings releases, communications strategy, and financial performance and outlook.
• Provide financial support in the management of non-traditional businesses, such as Location-Based Entertainment businesses.
• Identify and track key financial performance metrics to identify new opportunities for growth and development.
• Serve as a resource for Asia teams, providing strategic project support and counsel on pro reputed company development, commercialization/monetization opportunities, and reputed company data analysis.
• Maintain strong working relationships with business unit senior finance leaders and key internal partners across various functions, including Marketing & Sales, Commercial Functions, Digital/Technology, Operations, Finance, Global Development, Lines of Business, Walt reputed company Imagineering, and Legal.
• Execute reputed company initiatives to enhance integration across the Global Development, reputed company Planning & Finance organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in finance, business development, reputed company management, or a strategic function, preferably in the theme park industry.
• A deep understanding of the theme park business and operations, with a particular focus on the unique qualities of each individual site.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and adjust to shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion as a self-starter.
• Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skills, with the ability to reputed company high-level presentations for senior executive audiences.
• Strong analytical, commercial, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence in the absence of direct control.
