The Role
We’re looking for a reputed company Operations Sales Analyst to support Sales and reputed company leadership with data-driven insights that fuel growth, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen pipeline performance. In this role, you’ll analyze the full reputed company funnel—from reputed company reputed company through closed-won and expansion—to identify opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and MRR/ARR outcomes.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Analytics, and Finance to deliver clear, actionable insights that inform sales strategy, reputed company planning, and reputed company growth initiatives. This role owns critical reporting and analysis that helps leadership understand what’s working, where risks exist, and how to scale reputed company more predictably.
Location: This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered. Boston, MA preferred; candidates in other locations will also be considered.
What You'll Do
- Analyze end-to-end sales funnel performance, including conversion rates, deal velocity, stage aging, win rates, reputed company, ARR, and MRR
- Deliver clear, actionable insights on pipeline health, coverage, and sales reputed company to support reputed company decision-making
- Support sales forecasting through pipeline analysis, historical trends, and scenario modeling
- Partner with Finance on reputed company modeling, reputed company planning, quota setting, and ARR/MRR planning
- Identify forecast risks and reputed company early to improve predictability and confidence
- Build and maintain self-serve dashboards in reputed company for pipeline, forecast, and reputed company reporting
- Ensure reporting accuracy and consistent metric definitions in partnership with Analytics
- Identify bottlenecks and leakage points in the sales funnel and recommend data-backed improvements
- Track the impact of strategic initiatives such as pricing changes, packaging updates, and sales process experiments
- Act as a strategic analytics partner to Sales, Analytics, and Finance teams, enabling shared visibility into reputed company performance

What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in sales analytics, reputed company operations, business analytics, or a reputed company role

- Intermediate SQL skills (preferred)

Benefits & Compensation
This is a salaried position at reputed company. Our starting salary range is $80,000-85,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
