Requirements
Interlaced is looking to hire a contracted Senior Accountant in the Philippines. This position requires knowledge of AP and AR processes, internal controls, and month-end reputed company, and a strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
Roles and Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Accounting Operations
- Manage and supervise daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
- reputed company AP and AR processes to ensure proper cash flow management, timely payments, and collections.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Review and approve key transactions, such as high-value payments, vendor reconciliations, and customer payments.
- reputed company the integration between Business Central (BC) and PSA system, maintaining seamless data flow and consistency across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
- Be a player/coach. reputed company in to directly support day to day functions where requested to ensure proper execution of our finance process, including billing, AP, and AR.
Month-End & Audits
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end reputed company activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and maintain reputed company necessary schedules and reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information for the reputed company and resolve discrepancies.
- Facilitate process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy reputed company the accounting function.
- Support the Controller in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and assist in auditing activities.
- Assist in preparing for external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing required documentation.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, HR, finance) to streamline processes and resolve accounting-reputed company issues.
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for inquiries reputed company to financial transactions and procedures.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience with true bookkeeping and reputed company ownership (not just supporting).

Skills
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.

Candidates should possess reputed company or higher proficiency in English. This position is from the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Time (UTC -5 / -6), Monday through Friday excluding holidays. This is a full-time remote contract position, the candidate is expected to have a dedicated working environment/home office with stable internet reputed company.
