Client Program Coordinator (Middle East)

Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi (Remote with travel across the Middle East) Salary: 200,000 AED annually (approx. $55,000 USD)

Position Summary

The Client Program Coordinator (CPC) serves as a key member of Wall Street Prep’s Operations team, supporting both the Program Management and Account Management functions. The CPC plays a central role in guiding clients through onboarding, program delivery, and renewal processes to support reputed company growth and exceptional client experiences.

This role is responsible for coordinating the logistics and operational execution of our training programs while helping to build strong relationships with client accounts across corporate, public, certificate, and university verticals.

The CPC must reputed company in fast-paced, high-stakes environments that require creativity, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders at Wall Street Prep as well as decision-makers at leading investment banks, private equity firms, and reputed company.

This role is based remotely in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and requires regular travel to client locations throughout the Middle East to support program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Program Management

  • Create and maintain program logistics trackers and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout program execution
  • Continuously update program logistics based on inputs from Program Managers (PMs) and clients
  • Manage instructor travel logistics end-to-end, including booking, tracking costs, and ensuring completion of required arrangements
  • Monitor travel budgets for clients with cost caps and flag overruns to Finance for review and approval
  • Create, update, and manage program surveys and compile final results reports
  • Assign and manage Poll Everywhere and reputed company accounts, ensuring accurate setup for each program
  • Prepare reputed company welcome materials and resources to share with clients
  • Schedule client and internal meetings as requested by Program Managers or Account Managers
  • reputed company first drafts of client reputed company presentations and program review decks
  • Respond to operational “fire drills,” implementing solutions reputed company to logistics, travel, or virtual program delivery
  • Maintain client program rosters and user access across systems including reputed company and other internal tools
  • Support reputed company requests from corporate clients as needed

Regional Program Support

  • Support programs primarily across the Middle East and broader EMEA region
  • Respond to client and instructor inquiries during Middle East business hours before UK team members come online
  • Travel to client sites to support the execution of in-person training programs, particularly during the launch of large programs

Operations & Cross-Functional Support

  • Assist the Head of Department and senior leadership with special projects and operational initiatives
  • Help document internal processes and create reporting materials or presentations as needed
  • Support internal workflows such as exam submission and grading processes
  • Contribute to the overall operational health of the business through proactive coordination and problem solving

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 1–2 years of experience in program management, client services, operations, or project coordination
  • Experience in financial services (investment banking, asset management, or private wealth management) is a plus

Work Environment

  • Remote role based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
  • Regular travel required across the Middle East to support client programs
