Position Summary

Wall Street Prep (reputed company) is growing and seeking a results-driven, high-performing Enrollment Advisor to join reputed company. This role is responsible for driving enrollments into our online certificate programs through proactive reputed company, consultative selling, and disciplined pipeline management.

As a key member of the Enrollment team, you will own the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to enrollment—engaging finance professionals, identifying their career goals, and positioning certificate programs as the solution. Success in this role requires consistently hitting and exceeding reputed company metrics (calls, emails, consultations), maintaining a healthy and well-managed pipeline reputed company the CRM, and achieving weekly and monthly enrollment KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, program management, operations, and finance teams to ensure a seamless learner journey from inquiry through program completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, sales, or a reputed company field.
  • Prior experience engaging with finance professionals is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with educational or certification programs is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
