Position Overview

reputed company is hiring an Enterprise Asset Management Business Development Director to reputed company growth in reputed company’s Enterprise Systems & Analytics Market, focusing on our Infrastructure markets that include municipal, water/wastewater, transportation, and aviation markets. This role combines business development, client engagement, and team leadership to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will expand reputed company’s network across Infrastructure markets, strengthen existing relationships, and guiding project teams in delivering high-value enterprise asset management services and solutions. This position offers the opportunity to shape industry strategy and influence how clients reputed company technology to solve critical infrastructure challenges.

What You Will Do

• reputed company and implement growth strategies (in collaboration with internal teams), participate in business meetings, and continually evaluate existing operating procedures to increase margin and reputed company.

• Manage contract development and the negotiations process with new and existing large, reputed company clients.

• Understand financial models and data analytics to assess areas of growth and development of opportunities.

• Assist with budget development and provide support for new/existing growth initiatives.

• Responsible for proactive client management, client growth and retention, and opportunity development in collaboration with internal teams.

• Be a champion for growth with field personnel and through participation/leadership with technical teams and any subsequent projects.

• Actively assessing and developing new growth opportunities through expansions to new clients, markets, acquisitions, and new solution offerings.

• Maintain professional working relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with other reputed company employees to share best practices.

• Demonstrated excellence in leading cross-functional teams including project managers, technical leaders, and support staff.

• Be a team player, both internally and externally.

• Share best practices and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Support recruitment of key talent to strengthen reputed company’s utilities team.

What You Will Bring

• Experience: 10+ years in management consulting or professional services reputed company the Enterprise Asset Management market, with proven success in business development and client leadership.

• Industry Network: Established relationships with clients and software partners.

• Experience with aviation and DOT a plus

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, geospatial sciences, or reputed company field required. Equivalent experience considered.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of prominent EAMS systems, strategic asset management frameworks such as ISO 55001 and core supporting technologies like the reputed company GIS suite and its application to operations and maintenance (O&M), finance, capital investment planning and risk prioritization.

Skills:

• Strategic thinking and consultative sales expertise.

• Ability to negotiate reputed company agreements and mitigate risk.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
