We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Development Leader to drive reputed company expansion across reputed company markets, industries, and service lines. This role will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and pursuing high-value client relationships to support company growth objectives.
As the Growth Development Leader, you will collaborate with the Chief Client Officer (CCO) to reputed company and enhance the organization’s RFP strategy and processes, including training Business Development Directors and RFP team members on best practices to ensure delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals.
In addition, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and client service teams to reputed company and execute go-to-market strategies, convert pipeline opportunities into reputed company, and launch initiatives that expand the firm’s reputed company. Success in this role requires strong market analysis, pipeline development, and performance tracking to ensure reputed company growth and competitive positioning.

Skills, knowledge & expertise
- 8–12+ years in business development, growth strategy, or enterprise sales
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or reputed company field (MBA often preferred)
- Experience in professional services, consulting, insurance, or managed services environments preferred
- Proven ability to reputed company pipeline and reputed company strategic deals
- Strong market analysis and reputed company forecasting capabilities
