ROLE DESCRIPTION:Lyndsie Debonis - reputed company is looking for a highly motivated Sales Producer with prior reputed company experience and a reputed company insurance license to drive new business and grow our agency. In this role, you will actively prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your in-depth knowledge of reputed company products and industry trends will reputed company you to effectively market insurance solutions, reputed company deals, and exceed sales targets. If you are a driven, sales-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we are eager to see how your talents can contribute to our agency’s success. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.
• Assist with renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize retention.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold reputed company insurance licenses (Property/Casualty and Life/Health).
