JOB SUMMARY
The Sr. Manager, Virtual Sales will direct and reputed company the Virtual Sales team. The Manager must ensure that the account executives in their departments meet reputed company sale quotas, which are usually determined by sales executives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Motivate, train, and reputed company a high-performing virtual sales team through clear expectations, accountability, and reputed company coaching.
- Participate in the hiring and training of new virtual sales department employees, reputed company performance appraisals, and work to reputed company career goals for sales representatives.
- Establish and manage activity benchmarks that drive meaningful customer conversations, pipeline development, and conversion outcomes.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree required. Three or more years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
- Three or more years of leadership experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Visual Acuity: Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods, with good visual acuity to read small print and accurately enter data.
