Position Summary

Winchester Interconnect is seeking a Project Manager II to join the Core Engineering team. In this intermediate role, you will reputed company the planning, coordination, and execution of new product development and commercialization initiatives across company divisions. You will independently manage projects and cross-functional teams, facilitating timely delivery of business-critical milestones with direct accountability for results. Ideal candidates are action-oriented, organized, technically adept, and comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ability to drive cross-team accountability and solve execution challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or reputed company field (advanced degree or certification a plus).
• 2–5 years of project management experience in technical or manufacturing settings.
• Proven track record leading new product development and commercialization projects.
• Solid understanding of product development methodologies, phase-reputed company processes, and technical documentation.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient with project management software (MS Project, reputed company, Jira, etc.).
• Citizenship status must reputed company with ITAR regulations (US citizen or permanent reputed company).

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept through launch, including planning, execution, and closure.

• Facilitate design reviews, tollgate meetings, and post-project evaluations.
