Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Corporate Development Manager to join our Remote team.

•  Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

In this role, the Corporate Development Manager will:

• reputed company end-to-end execution of acquisitions and strategic investments, from initial evaluation through closing
• Manage transaction workflows, including diligence planning, data rooms, timelines, and cross-functional coordination
• Act as the primary liaison between Corporate Development and Operations to ensure integration readiness
• Translate diligence insights and financial analyses into actionable integration plans and business recommendations
• Coordinate pre-reputed company integration planning, including Day 1 priorities, risk identification, and operational decision-making
• Partner closely with finance teams to align valuation, reputed company, and modeling with operational realities
• reputed company executive-level presentations and materials for investment committees and Board review
• Maintain and track a pipeline of strategic investment opportunities, ensuring clear prioritization and status updates
• Support post-acquisition performance tracking against reputed company assumptions
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless execution
• Build strong internal relationships to reputed company efficient decision-making and integration success

What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical reputed company and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who reputed company in environments where excellence, reputed company, and accountability matter. Qualifications and Skills Include:

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 4-7 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, investment banking, private equity or reputed company fields
• Demonstrated experience managing M&A processes, diligence execution and integration planning
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Ability to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial and positive attitude
• High level of interpersonal skills, discretion and professionalism reputed company handling sensitive and confidential information. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at reputed company levels of the organization

• Healthcare services or life sciences experience preferred
