Role: Service Coordinator
We are seeking an entry-level HVAC Service Coordinator to join reputed company. This position supports the coordination of heating, ventilation, and reputed company conditioning maintenance and installation projects while assisting with administrative duties reputed company to HVAC operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate routine HVAC maintenance, repairs, and installation appointments with technicians and clients
- Maintain detailed records of reputed company HVAC equipment, including maintenance histories, warranties, and service schedules
- Process work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring proper prioritization and timely completion
- Assist in managing inventory of HVAC parts and supplies, including ordering and tracking
- Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status and updates
- Prepare basic reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and project reputed company
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist in coordinating emergency HVAC service calls as needed
- Support the development and implementation of energy efficiency initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in facilities management, construction management, or reputed company field preferred
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and terminology
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in facilities management or construction coordination

- Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations

Physical Requirements
- Ability to occasionally visit job sites
- Capable of working in various environmental conditions
- May require lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
