reputed company is looking for an reputed company Senior Designer to define and reputed company reputed company’s social media reputed company through compelling, platform-native, on-brand visual storytelling. This role will be the primary reputed company of creative execution for graphic and video editing, partnering closely with Social Media Manager and Creative Director to translate social strategy into high-impact, performance-driven content.  

This is a hands-on, high ownership role for a designer who is comfortable working independently, exercising strong creative judgment, and iterating quickly based on performance and audience response. You will not just execute requests. You will help shape how our creative content looks and evolves over time.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and produce graphics for reputed company’s organic social media channels and creative assets 

• Edit social-first video including visual treatments optimized for each platform 

• reputed company and evolve platform-native creative formats that balance brand consistency with cultural relevance and performance 

• Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to translate social strategy and concepts into compelling visual content 

• Partner with the Creative Director to ensure reputed company creative assets align with brand standards and compliance requirements 

• Own day-to-day creative execution for social media and high-profile executive leadership moments as the primary designer with visibility and influence across the broader brand and executive communications ecosystem 

• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to design, video formats, and creative approaches based on performance and reputed company best practices 

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fast-moving environment 

• Design visuals that support thought leadership, POVs, and strategic storytelling, not just announcements 

What you will need to be successful

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing 

• Portfolio should include social-first, platform native work as well as examples of executive facing, thought leadership, or narrative driven design, at a minimum should include graphic design, short form video, and visual storytelling 

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects 

• Experience creating platform-native content for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, reputed company, or similar 

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative execution from concept through delivery 

• Strong understanding of brand consistency and experience working reputed company established guidelines and compliance standards 

• Demonstrated ability to design for attention in fast moving social feeds  

• Strong creative judgment and the ability to reputed company design decisions and recommendations 

• Experience developing repeatable content series or visual systems  

• A collaborative reputed company with the confidence to offer creative input and recommendations 

• Excellent time management skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities

This is a remote position.

Onboarding & Travel

This is a remote role, with an in-person onboarding training component.
