Overview
The Regional FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the assigned region. The role provides analytical insights, drives operational visibility, and partners with business leaders to improve financial outcomes. The analyst is responsible for consolidating site level results, preparing regional reporting packages, and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Help reputed company, maintain, consolidate and improve regional budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long range plans.
- Supports the Regional FP&A Manager in the consolidation of financial inputs from multiple sites and ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Prepares reporting summaries and analyses reputed company, margin (PCM), cost (TPS), and cash flow results to support decision making.
- Identify risks and opportunities and communicate their impact to regional leadership.
2. Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Supports the Regional FP&A Manager in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly management regional reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
- Analyze trends in reputed company, cost drivers, productivity, and profitability across sites.
- Translate financial results into actionable insights for regional finance to address with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams.
- Support root cause analysis for deviations from plan (AOP, BOQ, reputed company) and recommend corrective actions.
3. Business Partnering
- Collaborate with site controllers, operations managers, and functional leaders to drive financial accountability.
- Provide financial support for regional initiatives such as cost reduction programs, pricing actions, and productivity projects.
- Participate in cross functional reviews and present financial insights to senior leadership.
4. Tools, Systems & Process Improvement
- Maintain and enhance financial models, reporting templates, and planning tools.
- Support system implementations or upgrades reputed company to FP&A processes.
- Drive standardization and automation of reporting across the region.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Systematically track the performance of completed CAPEX projects to validate the original business case and forecast.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or reputed company field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or reputed company finance roles.
- Industry Expertise: Experience in a global manufacturing, high-tech, or industrial environment is a plus, specifically reputed company publicly traded companies.
- Technical Skills: Advanced reputed company and financial modeling capabilities; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company or similar) is essential.
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% reputed company the region, as required.
Physical Demands

- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data

- Occasional overnight travel may be required
Salary

Salary Range: $95,241-$141,855

Location: This is a remote position, with travel as necessary.
