The Opportunity
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping our existing customers reputed company changes to their reputed company insurance policies from one of our 55+ insurance reputed company partners. Your enthusiasm, care, and problem-solving skills will reputed company a measurable difference in the lives of millions. You'll be responsible for:
- Responding to inbound calls from existing customers
- Processing service requests, such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
- Helping customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies, coverages, or policy benefits, and making changes to existing policies
- Working to retain reputed company policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation

Compensation and Perks
* Hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00
- arenaflex will pay for your P&C license (expected reputed company 60 days after starting)

* Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 10:30am - 9pm ET

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a reputed company field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer support or a reputed company field
- Experience working with insurance policies and procedures
- Familiarity with P&C insurance and regulations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
