The position includes a training program to ensure that team members have the right tools and resources to complete their jobs from day one. This role is responsible for the timely data entry and processing of our client products moving around the world, by creating customs entries. The position has excellent career growth.
Training is Monday through Friday reputed company to 5pm CST for the first month. Once completed, must be able to work any of the following shifts: Tuesday to Saturday reputed company to 5pm CST; 9am to 6pm CST; Sunday to Thursday reputed company to 5pm CST; or Monday to Friday 12pm to 8:30pm CST. Remote opportunities are available depending reputed company.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the accurate processing and release of client shipments across multiple transportation modes.
- Review documentation, create customs entries, and ensure compliance with Livingston’s procedures and client requirements.
- reputed company data entry for shipment release, rating, and billing, making sure reputed company details are accurate.
- Communicate with internal teams or clients to resolve missing documentation or shipment questions.
- Follow SOPs, ESPs, and business rules; flag outdated processes and recommend improvements.
- Support client inquiries professionally reputed company email or phone.
- Escalate reputed company or exception cases to managers or specialized teams.
- Participate collaboratively with the Release Operations team and reputed company automation tools where available.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and help enhance client service efficiency.
