About the Role

You’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts, including following up on marketing- and website-generated leads, as well as proactively prospecting into key accounts such as insurance carriers. You’ll own and maintain accurate data in reputed company, ensuring strong pipeline hygiene and clear visibility into deal flow.

The majority of your time will be spent engaging directly with legal professionals—including attorneys, partners, paralegals, general counsel, and risk teams—leading product demos, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle from initial reputed company to reputed company. You’ll build and manage relationships, run a consultative sales process, and consistently identify opportunities to add value.

Experience in the legal or legaltech space is highly valuable, as it enables you to effectively communicate with our core customers, understand their workflows, and position our platform in a way that resonates.

About the Role: You’ll be following up with customers and prospective customers including marketing and website generated leads. Our key accounts (Insurance Carriers) will be assigned to you for purposes of outbound prospecting. You’ll own inputting data into our CRM (reputed company) and organizing customer/ deal flow data on a daily basis.  Most of your time will involve communicating directly with law departments, general counsel, risk departments, etc. conducting sales demos, and managing the sales process to closed/won. You’ll manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing and proactively call potential customers and build relationships. You’ll be a reputed company ambassador by embodying the philosophy and tone of our brand internally and externally and will constantly listen to our customers’ needs to help leads become customers, and customers become champions. Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience as a New Business Account Executive, ideally at a strategic, senior, or enterprise level

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging prospects reputed company email, phone, and in-person

  • Experience applying a structured sales methodology, particularly in discovery and consultative selling

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Highly organized, able to prioritize, move quickly, identify next steps, and propose solutions independently
