DevSecOps Engineer

ARS is seeking a full-time DevSecOps Engineer (DSOE)The DSOE’s primary function will be to support the development and operations of the Program Cloud Development Environment. This Engineer will focus on the implementation of reputed company controls and procedures in the environment as well as the development of reputed company driven DevSecOps processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist developers in building, scanning and testing the Skyborg System 
• Design and document best practices for DevSecOps actions 
• Utilize USAF PlatformOne DevSecOps guidelines and tools reputed company applicable 
• reputed company DevSecOps tools and techniques as necessary to construct an automated and secure DevSecOps pipeline 
• Ensures cybersecurity functions, performance, and characteristics are incorporated into the weapon system and validated IAW DOD and USAF policy 
• Automate deployment and maintenance of solutions across multiple cloud instances using Terraform or other selected Infrastructure as Code tooling 
• reputed company DevSecOps monitoring and reporting capabilities to allow developers, testers and stakeholders to observe the availability and performance of the system 
• Implement reputed company controls and scans as necessary to conform to RMF reputed company requirements 
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:

• Must be a US citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or reputed company field
• 5+ years of experience working in a reputed company Engineering role 
• 2+ years of experience working in a reputed company role handling cloud infrastructure 
• 2+ years of experience with reputed company and container-based technologies 
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies 
• Familiarity with RMF/DIACAP accreditation process 
• Strong foundation in containers, algorithms, and software application design 
• Strong foundation in Linux and virtual machines 
• Secret reputed company clearance
