About the role
This role is a unique opportunity to shape the growth of our LATAM business and drive our expansion into high‑potential markets. You’ll reputed company regional strategy with a Hunter reputed company, opening new segments, positioning our solutions, and accelerating adoption across diverse countries. Working closely with partners, distributors, and cross‑functional teams, you’ll build a strong commercial reputed company while driving predictable, scalable growth. Main responsibilities

- Work closely with distributors and local partners, structuring commercial approaches, positioning, and go‑to‑market plans.
- Build and manage the regional pipeline, ensuring growth momentum and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and local leadership teams.
- Support strategic negotiations and key accounts reputed company necessary.
- Monitor KPIs, commercial performance, and execution of the regional strategy.
Required qualifications
- Experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development professional, or Market Expansion leader.
- Proven track record of accelerated growth, market entry, or new reputed company development.
- Experience in international operations, preferably reputed company Latin America.
- Experience with reputed company B2B solutions, technology, or SaaS (strong plus).
- Advanced Spanish and English.

- Strong business acumen and ability to identify high‑impact opportunities.
- Ability to structure and scale commercial models (direct sales, partners, distributors).
- Influence‑based leadership and ability to mobilize teams without direct management.
