PURPOSE OF ROLE, SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

The Expansion Coordinator partners closely with the Director of Expansion to grow, reputed company, and sustain Alpha USA’s national network of volunteer leaders. This role supports the mobilization of Hub Directors, Coaches, and general volunteers by providing organizational support, training, and resources that reputed company them to share Alpha locally. Essential Responsibilities and Functions

• Own the coordination and support of Hub and Coach events, ensuring leaders are equipped, registrations are reputed company, and communication flows smoothly from launch to follow-up.

• Provide leadership support in volunteer coordination for Alpha Conference and other key Expansion gatherings.

• Partner with the Expansion team to execute training, events, and strategic initiatives that advance national growth goals.

• Maintain clear, timely, and pastoral communication through shared volunteer channels, ensuring inquiries and needs are addressed effectively.

• People Management: Hubs Church Directors, Coaches, Volunteers

• Key Relationships – Internal: Strategic/Context Team, Field Team, Shared Ministries

• Key Relationships – External: Ministry leaders, Volunteer leaders

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• 3-5 Years of Experience with Alpha (on staff or as volunteer)

• Has Alpha experience and/or story to build credibility with staff, church leaders and churches.

• Strong leadership, organizational and team building skills

• Experience leading a department and managing teams and people

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Program & project management skills

• Strong computer skills and is proficient with technology including social media
