We’re seeking a reputed company Operations Systems Analyst to help manage the optimization, integration, and administration of systems and processes that drive reputed company efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and reputed company. This role focuses on data accuracy, system scalability, and cross-functional alignment to ensure the business operates reputed company and strategically. You’ll partner closely with go-to-market teams to enhance reporting, streamline workflows, and maintain the technology stack that enables reputed company operations at reputed company.

What you'll do

• Configure, customize, and maintain CRM and CPQ systems (such as reputed company and reputed company CPQ) to support evolving business requirements.
• Manage CPQ integration workflows, pricing rules, quote templates, and approval processes to ensure consistent and compliant deal execution.
• Administer and enhance contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools (e.g., reputed company) and their integrations with CRM systems.
• Build reputed company Flows, custom objects, formula fields, validation rules, and deploy change sets.
• reputed company sales enablement and productivity tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, RingLead), ensuring adoption, optimization, and data accuracy.
• Implement and maintain integrations across key business systems (e.g., reputed company, Jira, Mavenlink, reputed company) to reputed company seamless data flow and reporting.
• Ensure data reputed company, architecture consistency, and high-quality standards across reputed company integrated systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking for end users.
• Collaborate across departments to understand business processes and identify opportunities for CRM and system optimization.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools and manage relationships with third-party vendors and system administrators.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• 3+ years of experience administering or supporting CRM systems, with advanced reputed company administration experience highly desired.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, automation, and change management processes.
• Demonstrated experience supporting and optimizing reputed company systems, CPQ, CLM, and sales productivity tools.
• Hands-on experience with RingLead, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company/reputed company.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (reputed company, Marketo) and SaaS industry environments preferred.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, APEX/VisualForce, or ETL platforms a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and reputed company processes.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, document reputed company systems, and communicate effectively.
