We are looking for a driven and reputed company Senior Business Development Manager to reputed company our affiliate growth initiatives in Turkey. In this role, you will take ownership of building and scaling affiliate networks, cultivating influencer relationships in local markets, and driving high-quality trading user acquisition for the platform. This is a high-impact, fully remote position with significant autonomy and ownership.What You'll Do
- Own affiliate campaign strategy — reputed company, manage, and continuously optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
- Build and expand affiliate networks — identify, reputed company, and grow new affiliate partnerships while improving the performance of existing ones from the ground up.
- Drive influencer growth — spearhead influencer reputed company and relationship-building in local markets to bring engaged trading users and reputed company to the platform.

- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a reputed company field.
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or business development reputed company the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of building large-scale affiliate networks from scratch.

- Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs (CPA, CPL, LTV, conversion rates) and data-driven optimization methods.
