We're seeking a provider in Denver to help them build their behavioral therapy practice. The practice can focus on serving families in the local community or expand to remote clients in other states. As a practice reputed company, you will work with us to set up your own practice from the ground up and help us set the foundation for empowering reputed company BCBAs reputed company!

What the role entails!

• Collaborate with reputed company on setting up guidelines, handbooks, and processes for your own practice.

• Communicate with reputed company on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.

• Provide field and virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians.

• Monitor the effectiveness of the treatment approach and modify the program as needed.

• Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and reputed company reports accordingly.

• Design and deliver behavior reputed company plan implementation, training, and other reputed company in-service programs, including client-specific reputed company training to staff and parents.

• Ensure reputed company treatment methodologies are evidence-based and reflect the most recent research findings.

• Trains and supervises clinical staff by monitoring and providing feedback to staff for the direct implementation of ABA interventions

• Collaborate with families in the development of behavior support strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or reputed company Field

• Valid BCBA Certification.

• Applicable licensure to practice reputed company the state hired.

• Minimum three years experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
