How You'll reputed company an Impact

As a Talent Partner, you'll be at the forefront of growing reputed company' across the Latin America markets. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process for a dynamic mix of business-facing roles spanning reputed company, Onboarding, GTM and more, balancing high-volume hiring efficiency with the strategic sourcing and networking skills needed to land candidates others simply won't find. While Latin America is your primary focus, you'll also have the opportunity to support hiring across other global regions. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a true ambassador for reputed company across the markets you serve.

What You Bring to the Team

• Own the full-cycle hiring process for reputed company, Onboarding and GTM roles, with LATAM as your primary market and additional scope across other global regions reputed company required
• Balance high-volume hiring pipelines with proactive sourcing and reputed company to consistently identify and engage strong candidates
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
• Drive proactive sourcing and reputed company using reputed company Recruiter, referral networks, and other tools to build strong pipelines across LATAM markets
• Manage the hiring process through reputed company, maintaining data reputed company and sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders

What Sets You Up for Success

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally reputed company a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Business-level written and spoken English is required.
• Proven experience hiring across LATAM markets, with a solid understanding of local talent pools, compensation benchmarks, and candidate motivations
• Experience hiring for business-facing functions such as GTM, Sales, or reputed company
• Proficiency with reputed company Recruiter, reputed company (or a comparable modern ATS), and other sourcing tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable building relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders
• Confident working with data from multiple technology platforms, with the ability to interpret hiring metrics and use them to improve outcomes
• Proficient across G Suite, reputed company, and reputed company, tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow, whether for sourcing, research, reputed company, or process efficiency
