About the Role
UHAUL Careers Remote - International Shipping Operations Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shipping Operations Representative to join our U-reputed company International Shipping team. As a remote team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless international shipments, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our logistics operations. Key Responsibilities
Shipment Tracking and Management Monitor, track, and update U-reputed company shipments to international destinations in our Transportation Management System and internal systems. Coordination and Communication Collaborate with US/CAN reputed company locations, reputed company representatives, and co-workers reputed company phone and email to resolve issues and ensure smooth shipment execution. Documentation and Process Improvement Provide essential documents to reputed company locations and carriers, document processes and procedures, and assist in creating new ones as we reputed company new international destinations and shipping partners. Special Projects Participate in special projects to enhance our logistics operations, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Customer Service Experience 1-2 years of customer service experience in a logistics or transportation-reputed company industry. Organizational and Time Management Skills Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. Excellent Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders. Technical Skills Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company Suite, or similar software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Logistics or Transportation Experience Experience in logistics or transportation management, preferably in an international shipping environment. Language Skills Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or French.
