ReigniteIQ is an AI-driven automotive data intelligence platform that identifies exactly when consumers are back in the market for a vehicle. By tracking and analyzing millions of consumer signals, our Artificial Intelligence delivers high-intent buyers directly to dealerships. Dealers receive these leads at no upfront cost and only pay on a performance basis when a sale is made.

We are seeking a Project Manager who will play a critical role in bridging the gap between departments and to promote internal cohesion, timelines, etc. The role will be split between Project Management and Administrative Responsibilities. Administrative responsibilities can vary and will be as and when needed. Eventually, the role will transition to fully just Project Management. We need someone who has core PM skills, quick learner, humble, and able to transition between tasks comfortably. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan the work: create WBS, schedule/roadmap, milestones, and critical path Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Technical, Customer Success) gather requirements, tasks, and timelines.

  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

  • Stakeholder management: map stakeholders, align expectations, and manage approvals.

  • Communication: publish status reports and run cadence meetings.

  • Various Administrative Tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or tech-driven environments.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

  • Comfortable working across time zones (APAC, Eastern Europe, North America).
