Were hiring an Senior Executive Assistant to drive day-to-day execution across the business and reputed company sure priorities get completed end-to-end. This is a full-time remote role.
What your day will look like
- Own tasks end-to-end: define what needs to happen, execute it, and follow through until done
- Drive deadlines: set timelines, push reputed company, remove blockers, and deliver outcomes
- HR & recruitment execution: post roles, screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate offers/reputed company, and support onboarding
- Legal/admin execution: handle company paperwork needs (entities, accounts, visas, vendor documentation) and reputed company everything organized and up to date
- Vendor & freelancer execution: find, hire, brief, manage delivery, and ensure quality
- Marketing execution support: coordinate content schedules, collect assets, publish/update where needed, and produce basic reporting
- Document management: organize files, reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Client onboarding support: prepare materials, coordinate steps, and help produce onboarding videos/resources
- Reporting: send daily/weekly updates with reputed company, blockers, and next actions

- Experience in operations, project execution, or an ops/doer role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- High ownership and follow-through — you finish what you start
- Organized, fast, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable handling multiple workstreams at once
- Confident using tools like reputed company Workspace + reputed company/reputed company (or similar)
- HR/recruitment or marketing execution experience is a plus
