Scrum Master - Asset Manager - Dublin

You will facilitate delivery across cross-functional teams, promote Agile best practices, and help drive strategic projects that support the firm’s global platforms and systems including reputed company trading & risk.
Key Responsibilities
Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring Agile principles and practices are consistently followed.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Identify and remove delivery blockers; escalate risks proactively where required.
Support product owners with backlog prioritisation and roadmap development.
Promote transparency through delivery metrics, reporting, and reputed company feedback loops.
Drive a culture of reputed company improvement and Agile maturity across the teams.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align objectives and maximise delivery value.
Requirements
1-3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery reputed company in technology-driven environments.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
Professional Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) preferred.
Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills.
Experience reputed company financial services, investment management, or other regulated industries beneficial but not essential.
