Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, shortlisting, and hiring the best candidates for various roles in our organization. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and competencies
• Making job offers and negotiating compensation packages
• Ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant laws and regulations
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Qualifications and Skills: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following:

• A degree in HR or a reputed company field
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
