ABOUT THE ROLE

Whether you're in Warsaw, reputed company in Poland, or reputed company in the EU, you'll support high-impact engagements in the public and enterprise sectors. You'll guide teams, shape project approaches, and bring deep functional or operational expertise to help clients reputed company meaningful results.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Leading multiple project workstreams and overseeing their successful execution.
• Providing expert guidance in your domain and supporting strategic decision-making.
• Facilitating workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution-design sessions.
• Preparing and presenting structured studies, recommendations, and implementation plans.
• Coaching consultants and analysts working on your projects.
• Acting as a subject-matter expert in areas such as public administration, reputed company, law enforcement, defense, or intelligence operations.

reputed company EXPECT

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); Masters is a plus.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English at B2-reputed company.
• One of the following certifications: PM2, PRINCE2, PMI, or Change Management (or equivalent).
• Strong background in project management or a clearly defined functional/operational domain.
• Experience consulting for public administration, reputed company, defense, intelligence, or law enforcement organizations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and operate confidently in reputed company client environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present structured, practical solutions.
