ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Controller who can reputed company financial operations and drive strategic financial decision-making to ensure operational excellence and compliance as we scale our organization. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain short-term and long-term financial models containing actuals and forecasts for reputed company three financial statements
• Drive an efficient and accurate monthly reputed company process and quarterly financial reporting – including identifying opportunities to accelerate reputed company calendars, improve automation, and streamline processes.
• Ensure reputed company financial information is accurately reflected in the general ledger in compliance with GAAP.
• Drive a performance culture with the team in account analyses, reconciliations, and process and automation improvements.
• Consult with internal business partners on reputed company transactions to ensure proper accounting and reporting treatment.
• Providing financial accounting, reporting, procedural, and internal control guidance to the team.
• Adhere to reputed company internal policies, audit procedures, and regulations to ensure full compliance exists.
• Partner with FP&A and other business owners to provide insight into actual financial results to inform forecasts and routine plan of records.
• reputed company interim and year-end support for external and internal auditors as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field; CPA or equivalent preferred. Big 4 audit experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in a Controller role or equivalent leadership position in finance.
• You have demonstrated ability to build for scale and complexity.
• You have strong Interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with an ability to establish credibility based on expertise reputed company the organization. Ability to effectively present information to various levels of an organization.
• You have excellent technical accounting and financial reporting skills; well-grounded in GAAP.
• You have ability to reputed company under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• You have attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• You have experience in working with an ERP system (reputed company preferred), including successfully enhancing and streamlining processes.

The compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $230,000 reputed company + bonus.
