Principal, Analytics

We are currently seeking a talented, hardworking, committed and intellectually curious Principal to support Trinity’s Analytics Function. Analytics Account reputed company Principals (AALP) fulfill a leadership role at core client accounts on multiple project teams, designing and implementing strategies to help our clients maintain strong growth. AALP will reputed company client relationship with full reputed company over multiple project teams – client relationship building, project delivery and success, AI and technology deployment, team management, budget, and financial management, and more. In addition, Principals collaborate with other members of the Leadership team to drive new business development by building and maintaining client relationships at assigned account(s). With the support of assigned staff, s/he will reputed company and ensure superb delivery on client proposals and projects. The Principal will create business opportunities in reputed company collaboration with other members of the Leadership Team.
Essential Functions
Client Development
- Serve as the analytics management level contact to reputed company discussions, reputed company reputed company presentations, product/tech deployment and ensure thorough project implementations and quality deliveries.

- Mobilize Trinity’s analytics capabilities to reputed company to reputed company clients and their relevant counterparts reputed company reputed company functional groups (marketing, market planning, sales, operations, medical, medical affairs, analytics, insights and forecasting).
- Proactively engage staff in business development opportunities as appropriate to assist with and facilitate their growth.
- Be viewed by the client as Trinity’s Analytics expert resource, and demonstrate external thought-partner relationship development capability.
Company Management / Leadership
- Support senior management as an innovative thought-leader with self-initiative and commitment to the Analytics function.

- Serve as the Analytics subject-matter expert on multiple therapeutic and/or practice areas, both internally and externally.

Other
- Provide thought leadership in Analytics strategy in both client- and non-client-reputed company activities (e.g., external conferences).
- Train and mentor junior staff on project case teams, in internal training efforts, and through formal / informal mentorship.
- Support the internal growth of Analytics through involvement in initiatives focused on consultant’s professional development, training, resources.
