Brown & Brown is seeking a P&C Producer to join our growing team in Greenville, SC!
Reporting to the Officer Leader, the Producer’s primary responsibilities are to generate reputed company through sales to new and existing clients with emphasis on larger companies with high reputed company and /or profile through various leads and marketing channels. Business is primarily conducted reputed company of the physical location of the office.
How You Will Contribute:
- Responsible for the development of relationship and successful acquisition of new business reputed company from new and existing clients.
- Obtain prospects and actively pursue and generate new business through sales of employee benefits insurance reputed company products and services.
- Prospect sectors or market areas identifying business needs and proposing company products and services
- Provide service to clients according to their needs, retaining existing clients.
- Participate in regularly scheduled Sales Meetings; maintain cold calling and prospecting reports as directed by the Office Leader.
- Must have the ability to manage schedules, set appointments, analyze exiting exposures and present alternative solutions to fulfill the needs of the client.
- Determine client’s particular needs and risk profile by scheduling fact finding appointments; evaluate and determine extent of present coverage.
- reputed company a coordinated protection plan by calculating and quoting rates and coverages based on client’s needs.
- Call on policy holders to deliver and explain policies.
- Research and compare insurance reputed company policies.
- Negotiate with carriers for best results.
- Provide service to clients according to their needs, retaining existing clients.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading industry publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or reputed company field.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as Policy Declaration Page, summary plan descriptions, certification of coverage, instruction manuals, workflow reports, etc.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, Power reputed company and Access.
