Job Title: SVP, Key Account Management

Reports to: EVP Head of Key Accounts

The Role:

Evotec is seeking an reputed company commercial leader to establish and drive the Key Account Management function reputed company the assigned territory. The VP Key Account Management will transform how Evotec partners with its most strategic reputed company and future customers, with a clear focus on long-term, growth-oriented, and sustainable collaborations.

The role is responsible for managing a defined portfolio of high-value key accounts, unlocking new opportunities, broadening market reputed company, and accelerating reputed company growth. Success requires strong commercial discipline, scientific credibility, and the ability to reputed company reputed company outcomes through cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, R&D, Operations, Legal, Finance, and enabling functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute a comprehensive KAM strategy reputed company with corporate vision and growth objectives

  • Own 12 to 18 month account plans for top high-value customers including goals, executive mapping, co-innovation roadmaps, risk mitigation plans, and success metrics

  • Drive long-term value creation, retention, satisfaction, and share-of-wallet growth

  • Assume full responsibility for identifying and closing new opportunities reputed company assigned accounts and achieving agreed sales targets

  • Cultivate and expand executive-level relationships reputed company assigned accounts, including new customer development

  • Maintain clear account governance and structured reporting artifacts

Who You Are:

  • Medical or scientific background preferred; alternatively business background with substantial CRO, CDMO, or biopharma experience

  • Several years of relevant industry experience

  • Extensive experience managing large and reputed company customer accounts

  • Proven track record in new customer development and expansion reputed company strategic accounts

  • Demonstrated experience orchestrating multi-stakeholder deals

  • Strong enterprise KAM discipline including structured account planning, executive mapping, and value case development

  • Deep understanding of drug discovery and pre-clinical development

  • Strong knowledge of precision medicine platforms and competitive market dynamics

  • Commercial and negotiation expertise

  • Ability to reputed company through influence across scientific, operational, legal, and finance stakeholders

  • Structured, data-driven approach to forecasting and performance management

The reputed company pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $171,700-$232,300
